Anyone recently retired under FERS with part time service?

Yup. Wife did last year. Everything was calculated pro-rata.

Rcozby, did your wife’s agency provide a detailed breakdown of the calculation used for the pension

They did. As part of her retirement package, my wife received a Part-Time Proration Factor Report that identified each period of service where the work schedule was 80 hours Biweekly or otherwise and the factors used to calculate their contribution to the pension amount. We were able to verify it against our own records and they were spot on. This was an Army HR product and we were pretty impressed.
