So, you haven't contributed to anything financially, you constantly express your opinion that was advised NOT to give in this topic, and you have a generally sour view of the United States. Thanks for your great wisdom. Regardless of who is in the White House, I'm going to still have integrity, respect the rules of someone else's house (TSPCenter), and follow simple instructions.

The Marine in me would not have been so polite if we met five years ago. I hope you get removed though, because you're dead weight to this community.

These low wage, uneducated Trump supporters choose to blame brown people for their lack of money. They see the affluent culture of America and want in. In steps Trump pointing the finger at brown people and says build a wall. They mindlessly chant back.
This is so irritating. I served everyone during Afghanistan, your identity politics are garbage. Arries asked to keep politics off this topic. Everything you listed just irritates me. I'm a White, college educated male, who supports our President, and the country regardless of what it "looks like." I think you need a serious slap of reality.

I also can't give you anymore negative points. So I hope someone else does. This is TSPCenter, not Politico.

So what you would have assaulted me? Is that what they taught you in the military grunt?

ANYWAYS, the shutdown appears to be over.

Now I'm curious to do a poll if people think Trump caved.

Actually, yes they did. I was a machine gunner for 7 years. What else you got, boot?

@Arries, I think he did to save face. We shall see how the shutdown is/happens in about three weeks. I think this passed today due to the unpopularity stuff + constituents are angry (maybe almost pitchforks??). The budget is due October 1st though, not January 25th. As always, Congress operates like a slow pile of molasses.

He stated "... not have been so polite ..", and you went to "... assualt me?" Can you not smell the idiocracy and ignorance spuing from your unitelligent synapsis down to your smooth-skinned fingers?

He Ain't caving. Question is...How do you negotiate with the ignorant. Bottom line, he will ultimately win as he usually does which is a win for America. Our prez is doing as promised. Number one promise was to keep us safe. I live on LI and no rep here ever focused on ms13. Why???? Hmmmmmm

I don't know, how should I negotiate with you?

You seem to think Trump is going to keep winning, but all the winning was when Republicans controlled both houses. You don't acknowledge what has changed and the Government shutdown when it was still controlled by Republicans.

You also seem to ignore he didn't get his wall from Republicans either.

MAN - has THIS thing gone full circle or what?

ArrieS, they have suckered you into violating you own request to "hash it out on another thread."

What has changed? This poll on tspcenter is as good as any to me. I haven't changed a damn thing. I'm not a rep nor dem. Pelosi is a frigan nut and schumer is as weak as they come. Not sure what your position is bro, but ultimately it's 'good against evil' or right from wrong. What are we negotiating for again?

Usually I get crons jokes, but I guess they wanted A instead of B? Or maybe G since were talking about finances?!

I'll say this but once, tspwizard1: stop with the personal insults. That's your only warning.

Discussing politics in a civilized manner is fine. What you're doing is not.
