Are we getting a cost-of-living increase next year?

We don’t get merit based raises in my agency. Everyone at the same level gets the same pay and only “longevity” increases in June and whatever we do or don’t get in January.

Same at the place where I work. Annual bonuses / time off awards are based on individual performance (or whomever has the boss that writes the best packages / is the most visible in the unit) and are typically small. There is also the very, very rare QSI. Any otehr pay raises are based only on pay bands (the time-based steps) and annual across-the-board pay raises set out by Congress / the President.SnareMV17 wrote:We don’t get merit based raises in my agency.
