A federal appeals court on Saturday temporarily halted the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine requirement for businesses with 100 or more workers.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay of the requirement by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration that those workers be vaccinated by January 4 or face mask requirements and weekly tests.

My second job (local hospital, non-government) just sent out an email on Nov. 12th stating mandatory Covid vaccinations for employees per the Federal Government which require first shot to be by Dec 5th.
No second email yet stating to hold off on vaccination mandates yet... Interesting.

My agency as “employees of the executive branch” will be exempt, as executive order is enough to force us into compliance. Benefit or the private sector that we don’t have as FEDS.
