Some Mutual Funds & EFTs are basically Index Funds, similar to TSP, that replicate the index they are tracking. It is basic stuff http://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/indexfund.asp

Anyone know of any funds like the TSP that don't pay a dividend, but instead retain them?

I tried looking but I only found ones that pay them out.
