I said YES but I think it is nearly a 50-50 shot between greed and backstops causing things like the latest $2B screw up.

There are no consequences for the banks. Privatized profits, socialized losses.

Reese: I agree that they have greed and nothing to fear, pushing the greed/ fear continuum far to the greed side.
