Military action with IRAN on deck? How soon? How will the markets react?

The very last thing this country would support in any way shape or form is a war with Iran. It won't happen. No money for it. No time for it. No care for it. No need for it.userque wrote:

The question is more about what the markets would do in the event of (imminent) military action. Not about what the markets would do now, with no military action.PoorFed wrote:Looks like the market could care less about it....
The question is more about military action, not necessarily war. Military action can occur without the public's prior approval/knowledge. And it can last for a long time, without war being declared ... as history has shown us.tspwizard1 wrote:The very last thing this country would support in any way shape or form is a war with Iran. I'm convinced it's all about oil. The oil price that is. He fears if oil goes too low, then US companies will ask for a bailout.userque wrote:

He doesn't seem to fear that, imo. He's already stated, after the price drop, his support for doing exactly that.Bubba wrote:I'm convinced it's all about oil. The oil price that is. He fears if oil goes too low, then US companies will ask for a bailout.userque wrote:
