My currently dilemma is investing 70,000 for postive monthly cash flow without buying and renting a home. Any thoughts or advice would be great.
One very good dividend stock that Crondanet introduced to me was VGR. In addition, some good choices for your goals are Coca Cola (KO), Altria (MO), and AT&T. I currently am long AGQ with plans to open positions in at least one of the above mentioned companies once some additional capital is freed up for me. (Probably MO). Happy trading bud!
I didnt buy any AAR, I was close to pulling the trigger though.
I looked into INTC and it looks extremely attractive.
I was thinking ATVI or INTC or AXP. AXP is looking like a good leader with all the debit card hatred going on right now. Curious to hear your thoughts.

Heavy on the REIT, some biz dev as well. I do like watching my $ rise each month, even though it may be only a small %. There's something about seeing an ever-growing inflow of $.
(whoa, I guess this is an old thread. anyways.)
