Not foolproof, but a few Bullish Signs; 20 and 30 day EMAs have turned up. The 50-day looks about to. And the PPO is back in the green.

Significant decline throughout the day is about all that can be said here. Tails (on top), I like to call it “hair”, generally are not good indicators…
