Interesting that this volume surge failed to push price past yesterday's high? Also, adding to the mystery is the convergence of all three MAs: 50 EMA, 50 SMA and 100 SMA. It could go either way here....but it portends a big move.

Yeah. At this point there's a lot of options trade manipulation dictating the SP500 to stay above 380 for most of January--regardless of the Fed, earnings, Ukraine, China/Covid, whatever. I'm leaning it's safe(r) to stay in equities for a while it's unlikely to fall through the floor soon as many fear.
